Tracking is a valuable skill that has been used with much success over the years in search and rescue in BC. Our team of trackers are highly trained in spotting the most minute of traces in a variety of environments and conditions and have lead to many successful outcomes during rescues and searches.
Trackers in BC are certified by the BC Tracking Association and must practice often to maintain their skills. Prospective trackers will need to become ‘track aware’ prior to working towards being a full-fledged tracker.
